Course Description

The goal of this class is to maintain/increase strength, balance and flexibility for all participants. Exercises include a short cardio/warm up, full body resistance exercises, balance and coordination exercises and muscle/joint specific stretches all performed either standing or sitting in a chair. Movements are presented at various levels of intensity with modifications, as needed, making it appropriate for all participants. Note: Complimentary parking available until 11:15 AM at Jake's Del Mar Restaurant
