Course Description

This class focuses on core strength to develop posture muscles and foster proper alignment. Pilates, yoga and dance techniques are combined into a mat workout to tone you and have you walking tall. At every age, good posture is essential to good health and will make you look leaner and appear more confident. Flexibility is also addressed to balance the body. Fight osteoporosis! You will leave class feeling energized. This is an excellent workout for both men and women. Taught by a World Champion ballroom dancer.
