Course Description

No experience required. Learn Tap and Jazz dance steps in a fun and supportive environment. Dancing promotes improved muscle strength, mental acuity, and cardiovascular health. Tap dance helps you develop both mental and physical confidence. This is a fun beginning Tap and Jazz dance class that explores the fundamentals of movement, rhythm, and timing. You will gain coordination and muscle control while building stamina and endurance. Get a great workout, improve memory and make music with your feet—all at the same time!


Note: Bring tap and jazz shoes to wear during class.
