Course Description

Make the leap from amateur to professional! Students are introduced to the steps involved in building one’s photography brand, and delve into the practicalities of finding clients and selling work to develop a successful photography business. Learn how to market yourself and your business, how to bill the client and deliver the finished product. Lectures will include discussions on the various photography careers available. Evaluate advertising media and marketing approaches for promoting and selling photographic work; produce promotional plans, portfolio and web gallery.
