Course Description

Early springtime is a time to let go of the old and make room for the new. Take action and create change with these easy to make, cleansing and nutritionally supportive, plant-powered dishes and meals. Elaine will show you ways to prepare meals for body and mind renewal along with tips to support this process.

Notes

A $40 materials fee will be collected in class. Bring a little container, your own utensils, a water bottle, and your appetite.
