Lean how to use spices, plants and ingredients to create healthy food while exploring the numerous benefits of a diet rich in plants. We will be sampling a variety of plant-based gluten free food made in class. Bring your appetite and imagination—leftovers will be available to take home.
Supplies: A $40 materials fee will be collected in class. Bring a little container, your own utensils, and your appetite. A supplies list will be included in your registration so that you have plenty of time to purchase items if you need to.
