Course Description

Join Chef Eliza Martin, Chopped Champion 2020, and Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta for an evening of French Fun. To begin our fun, we’ll pop open a bottle of Champagne to welcome everyone to the class. Together, we’ll hand-craft savory crêpes, learning how to create this time-honored French snack. Next, we’ll prepare white wine mussels and enjoy these with a warm baguette. And don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of white wine to drink, such as a delicious Muscadet Sèvre et Maine to pair with the evening fare. For the final fun endeavor of the night, we’ll make red wine chocolate truffles and sample both a dry French red wine and a sweet French red wine. This fun evening of corks & cuisine will be truly delicious and memorable!

Notes

Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or colognes, as they will interfere with your learning experience. Must be 21 or older to register. Not recommended for anyone with gluten intolerance.
