Course Description

Come taste wines from Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia with Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta. The Pacific Northwest is renown for amazing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Oregon, fantastic Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington, and delicious ice wine from Canada. In two sessions, we’ll cover the history of winemaking in Oregon and Washington along with how wine is made in our neighbor to the north. If you like Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and dessert wine, you don’t want to miss this course!

Notes

Supplies: A $50 materials fee will be collected prior to the start of class. Please bring three wine glasses, pen and paper to each class. Six wine tastes per session. Textbook included.
