Course Description

This is a collaboration between Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta and Chopped Champion Chef Eliza Martin. Discover the art of masterful food and wine pairing in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Join Chef Eliza Martin, Chopped Champion 2020, and Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta as we construct temptatious bites from Thailand perfectly matched with esteemed wines from across the globe. Thai food is known for its amazing balance of sweet, sour, bitter, and salty flavors often finished with aromatic herbs. We’ll explore and taste various wines that pair with these exotic dishes as we prepare a papaya salad, classic Thai curry, and mango sticky rice during this evening of enticing culinary and vinous exploration. Three courses created and four wines tasted this session.
