Course Description

Gluten and Dairy Free–Plant Powered. Discover the health benefits and mouth-watering flavors of culinary mushrooms and herbs in this exciting class. Dive into a world of savory dishes, including our signature trumpet mushroom scallops with linguine. We’ll use widely known Lion’s Mane and Reishi mushrooms to make tasty dishes as well. To elevate your experience, a level two sommelier will be on hand to expertly pair each dish with clean-crafted, zero-sugar wines.
