Course Description

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to prepare a variety of delicious and innovative tofu dishes that will inspire your everyday cooking. We’ll explore different types of tofu—silken, firm, and extra firm — and discover the best techniques for marinating, grilling, and using tofu in various other ways (even desserts!) to achieve perfect texture and flavor. By the end of this class, you’ll have acquired new skills, a collection of delicious recipes, and the confidence to transform tofu into delightful dishes that even non-vegans will love. Come hungry and ready to experiment!

Supplies: A $15 materials fee will be collected in class. Bring an apron and container for leftovers.
