Course Description

Join us for an authentic, hands-on Cuban culinary adventure! In this class, you will learn how to prepare a flavorful and comforting black bean soup, a rich and tender ropa vieja with slow-cooked flank steak, crispy tostones (fried green plantains), and a classic flan dessert to finish off the meal. By the end of this class you’ll be able to recreate a full Cuban feast in your own kitchen, bringing the spirit of Cuba to your table!

Supplies: A $20 materials fee per person will be collected in class.

Bring an apron and container for leftovers. Please wear closed toed shoes and hair tie for long hair.
