Course Description

Discover the heart and soul of New England cuisine in this hands-on class. Learn to make a creamy New England clam chowder, create golden crab cakes seasoned with classic flavors and bake a comforting desert of individual apple crisps with tender apples, a buttery crumble topping and a touch of cinnamon. You will leave class having mastered the techniques behind these beloved dishes and will be able to recreate a taste of New England in your own kitchen.

Supplies: A $30 materials fee per person will be collected in class.

Bring an apron and container for leftovers. Please wear closed toed shoes and hair tie for long hair.
