For kids ages 7+ with Guardian or Parents

Smoothies are a fun and delicious way to whip up a quick, nutrient-packed meal in a cup! Perfect for kids, busy students, athletes, families, or anyone looking for a healthy grab-and-go option. In this hands-on class, Nutritionist Sara will share her fool-proof formula for building yummy superfood smoothies that are bursting with flavor and nutrition. Make and enjoy two of Sara’s best smoothie recipes—then it’s your turn to get creative! Students will design, name, and blend their own smoothie masterpieces for a friendly contest. The class will taste and vote on their favorite creations. Recipes may include: mint chip shake, orange dreamsicle, or choco-banana superfood smoothie.

Note: Children ages 7–14 must be registered and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us to register anyone under 18.
Supplies: A $25 materials fee per person will be collected in class.
