Course Description

Transport your tastebuds to Italy this spring with a hands-on pasta workshop. You will master the art of fresh pasta-making while celebrating the bright, fresh flavors of the season. You’ll learn to create fresh pasta dough, hand-cut into farfalle (bow tie) with lemon, asparagus and parmesan. You will shape goat cheese tortellini tossed with pancetta, sweet peas and mint. The meal finishes with lemon sorbet, a palate cleanser for your homemade Italian feast.
