Course Description

Join Chef Eliza Martin, Chopped Champion 2020, and Certified Sommelier & Champagne Master Dane Kuta for a delightful evening of California cuisine paired with amazing California wine. After enjoying a delicious “Welcome Wine,” the class will indulge in a classic cobb salad. Next, while sipping on Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara, we’ll prepare Baja-style fish tacos with hand-made tortillas garnished with fresh mango pico de gallo. Of course, perfectly ripened California avocados will be featured! Along the way, we’ll taste a couple of delicious wines from Napa Valley and then finish the evening with a uniquely created avocado chocolate mousse paired with a delicious dessert wine from a renowned California producer. You’ll complete the evening by saying, “Wow, I love California cuisine and California wine!”
