Course Description

Join Chef Eliza Martin, Chopped Champion 2020, and Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta for a perfect evening of Provence-inspired food and wine. After enjoying a delicious welcome wine, the class will assemble a summertime Salade Niçoise paired with a dry French Rosé. Next, we’ll prepare a classic Provencal ratatouille while we learn about (and taste) renowned wines from the South of France. We’ll conclude the evening by making a sweet clafoutis to savor with some off-dry dessert wine. Three culinary courses and four wines tasted this session.
