Explore global brunch traditions, learning to create a variety of elegant international dishes perfect for a leisurely brunch. You’ll create tantalizing dishes such as truffle infused eggs with prosciutto and asparagus, house-cured Gravlax tartines with mustard dill sauce, Brioche french toast with berries, and shakshuka with smoky poached eggs and feta.
