Explore the scenic trails of San Diego North County while conncecting with fellow outdoor enthusiasts.

Location: Elfin Forest

Note: Class starts promptly, please arrive prior to class start time. Limited availability. This is an outdoor class and will be held weather permitting. In the event of rain or unsafe trail conditions, the class will be postponed and rescheduled. Registered participants will be notified by email in advance. Your safety is very important to us. By enrolling, you acknowledge the risk of injury and agree to take necessary precautions. Refunds will not be issued after the class start date. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity.

Supplies:
• A mountain bike in good working condition (front suspension recommended, no e-bike)
• Helmet (required)
• Closed-toe athletic shoes
• Water bottle or hydration pack
• Sunscreen and sunglasses
• Snacks or energy bars
• Bike gloves (optional but recommended)
• Spare tube or patch kit
