Course Description

Are you the next Cake Boss? Learn how to decorate like the pros in MiraCosta College’s celebrated cake decorating program! Learn beginning frosting techniques, borders, drop flowers, designing, rolling and working with fondant. Best of all—taste your amazing works of art! In one short week, you will get a crash course in all you need to know to start creating beautiful cakes! Throughout the week, students will need to bring unfrosted cakes to class.
