Course Description

Combine fun with fitness as you workout with energetic, active adults. The exercises presented in this class are specifically designed to prevent injuries and improve and maintain quality of life. All participants are encouraged to challenge their individual fitness level to maintain and improve overall health. This class is geared to the senior exerciser seeking improved strength, vitality and an active lifestyle.

Supplies: Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and supportive exercise shoes. You will need hand-held weights, towel, thick exercise mat and drinking water to use during class. Most yoga mats are too thin for the floor work.
