Course Description

Employee relations can make or break the workplace climate – and your organizational performance. ‘Employee relations’ covers the contractual, practical, as well as the physical and emotional dimensions of the employee-employer relationship. This course will help you become more effective at cultivating those relationships while understanding the ethical balance and legal concerns. We will also cover the issues related to termination and how to avoid legal challenges.
