Keoni Salgado and his wife, Exercise Physiologist Kasey Salgado, will instruct you in easy 10–20 minute massage sessions designed to reduce stress and sore muscles. Supplies: A $15 materials fee will be collected in class for handouts and massage lotion. Optional Magic Massage Cloth available for an additional $30. Please bring note paper, a small hand towel, 1 or 2 yoga mats, two pillows and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
