Course Description

Put on your chef’s hat and get ready to mix, slice, chop, cook and bake in this fun and extensive cooking class. We will explore new ways to add some flavor to your dishes using fresh herbs and spices. Create food inspired artwork with hands-on experience. Students will learn how to use various kitchen appliances, make the tastiest of foods and learn how to serve nutritious meals from scratch. 

CHEF ELIZA’S BIO Eliza is a Food Network “Chopped” Champion, a chef-entertainer, and a cheerleader for anyone who wants to learn how to feed themselves well. Chef Eliza's restaurant and food training brought her from New York City, to Chicago, to San Francisco, and now Oceanside, working for The Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, countless restaurants, catering companies, and food media groups. Her greatest joy is teaching the love language of good food.
