Course Description

Put your culinary skills to the test with a week of cooking. This class is intended for moderate to advanced chefs, who know their way around recipes and basic cooking techniques. Learn to experience bringing the farm to the kitchen table. Discover the chemistry of nutrition and prepare culinary delights of your own. Each day is a delectable field trip that delves into gastronomy, the art of cooking and eating amazing food. Chefs are expected to wear closed toe shoes and tie up long hair.

CHEF ELIZA’S BIO-Eliza Martin is a Food Network “Chopped” Champion, a chef-entertainer, and a cheerleader for anyone who wants to learn how to feed themselves well. Chef Eliza's restaurant and food training brought her from New York City, to Chicago, to San Francisco, and now Oceanside, working for The Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, countless restaurants, catering companies, and food media groups. Her greatest joy is teaching the love language of good food.
