Course Description

Put your culinary skills to the test with a week of extraordinary cooking! This class is intended for moderate to advanced chefs who know their way around recipes and basic cooking techniques. Learn to experience bringing the farm to the kitchen table. Discover the chemistry of food and nutrition while creating imaginative culinary delights. Each camp day will be a delectable experience that delves into gastronomy and the art of cooking, and eating amazing food. Chefs are expected to wear closed toe shoes and tie up long hair.
