Course Description

In this class, students will learn how to create a variety of sweet treats, meet a few global goodies from around the world, and play with classic sweet tooth creations. Using sweet pastry ingredients, students will also create edible and decadent artwork such as Tie Dye cookie making, marshmallow mosaics, Churros, tarts, truffles and sugar paintings. Ready, set, PASTRY!
