In this class, students will learn how to create a variety of sweet treats, meet a few global goodies from around the world, and play with classic sweet tooth creations. Using sweet pastry ingredients, students will also create edible and decadent artwork such as Tie Dye cookie making, marshmallow mosaics, Churros, tarts, truffles and sugar paintings. CHEF ELIZA’S BIO Eliza is a Food Network “Chopped” Champion, a chef-entertainer, and a cheerleader for anyone who wants to learn how to feed themselves well. Chef Eliza's restaurant and food training brought her from New York City, to Chicago, to San Francisco, and now Oceanside, working for The Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, countless restaurants, catering companies, and food media groups. Her greatest joy is teaching the love language of good food.
