Course Description

In this class, students will learn how to create a variety of sweet treats, explore a selection of global goodies from around the world, and experiment with classic creations for the sweet tooth. Using sweet pastry ingredients, students will also create edible and decadent artwork such as Tie Dye cookie making, marshmallow mosaics, Churros, tarts, truffles and sugar paintings. Ready, set, PASTRY!
