Course Description

Certified Sommelier, Bordeaux Master, and Champagne Master Dane Kuta leads a tasting of wines from all the major wine regions of France—six wines per session. Try various styles of classic French wine, such as Chardonnay from Chablis, Pinot Noir from Burgundy, Syrah from the Rhône Valley, beautiful blends from Bordeaux, and of course bubbles from Champagne. We’ll also explore some lesser known regions such as Languedoc and Provence. This is the perfect course for beginners and pros alike. For those new to wine--you'll be tasting and sharing your impressions like a pro in no time. And for experienced connoisseurs, there will be plenty of depth and new discoveries. Vive La France!

 A $89 materials fee will be collected prior to the start of class.  Please bring three wine glasses, pen and paper to each class. Six wine tastes per session. Textbook included.
