Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Pacific Coast, The Getty Villa offers an exceptional experience for you to enjoy ancient Greek and Roman art in a setting that recreates a first century Roman villa. Tranquil gardens, serene fountains, arbors, reflecting ponds, plant species from the ancient Mediterranean and 3,000 square feet of expanded exhibition space awaits you. Special exhibitions include “The Horse and Rider from Albania,” and “The Gold Emperor from Aventicum.”You are welcome to bring a sack lunch with you or grab a bite on site at the Cafe where you will enjoy casual Mediterranean-inspired fare made with fresh, local ingredients and plentiful indoor and outdoor seating.
