Course Description

Become an inspired architect or engineer of the future by using special LEGO® bricks to design and build. Learn how to change it to “go green” using solar or wind power. You will also discover structural building concepts including stability within bridges and towers, forces on structures and strength of materials. Come and explore the most current trends in construction for a sustainable future. Be amazed with how much you will learn about saving water and electricity in your own home. This class gets you thinking “outside the green box.” On the last day family and friends are invited to see what students have learned and listen to them share their futuristic ideas about building “green.”
