Course Description

Who will survive? YOU will after taking survivor camp! Learn how to work with knots and ropes, build natural shelters, purify water, create fire, find food in the wild, and master a variety of wilderness skills. Wilderness skills help people survive in the outdoors and weather in the aftermath of natural disasters. Learn how to reduce
your risk of getting lost and how to react effectively with lifesaving actions if you have a backcountry emergency. Students will also be introduced to essential clothing
and equipment.
