taste and cook appetizing Indian plant-based food with nutritionist and Certified Health Coach, Elaine Bryan. Learn how to use spices and ingredients to create easy
to make Indian dishes while you discover the health benefits of these spices, plants, and ingredients. We will be sampling delicious food we make in class that will
be plant based and all gluten free.
