Course Description

Dive into the aromatic amazingness that is Indian food! Smell, taste and cook appetizing Indian plantbased food with nutritionist and Certified Health Cach, Elaine Bryan. Learn how to use spices and ingredients to create easy to make Indian dishes while you discover the health benefits of these spices, plants, and ingredients. We will be sampling delicious food we make in class that will be plant based and all gluten free, and any leftovers can be taken home that night!

A $40 materials fee will be collected in class.

Bring a small container, your own utensils, and your appetite.

A supplies list will be included in your registration so that you have plenty of time to purchase items if you need to
