This class aims to assist you in creating your personalized stretching daily routine. Regardless of your age or your physical activity, everything you do relies on ease of motion. Multiple studies have shown that regular stretching exercises will help you feel lighter and younger, strengthen your bones, move efficiently and effortlessly increasing flexibility, stabilize your body and improve balance, relieve back pain, stiff necks, and sore knees.
