Course Description

Certified Sommelier and Champagne Master Dane Kuta guides you on a four-week in-depth journey in the study of Champagne wines. As you immerse yourself in all things sparkling, you’ll master the intriguing history of sparkling wine in France, hear amazing stories of Champagne history, and enjoy some of the most esteemed wines in the world.

Supplies: A $90 materials fee will be collected prior to the start of class. Please bring three wine glasses, pen and paper to each class. Six wine tastes per session.
Textbook included.

Note: Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or colognes, as they will interfere with your learning experience. Must be 21 or older to register.
