Course Description

Are you a pastry-chef-in-the-making? Hone your dessert making skills as you tour the globe with dessert making from around the world. Sample sweets from all over, learn to fry, bake, whip, decorate and create your own impressive sweet works of art. Some creations we will be making are Italian cannoli dough and filling, Tiramisu, French fruit galette (tart) and truffles. 

CHEF ELIZA’S BIO: Eliza is a Food Network “Chopped” Champion, a chef-entertainer, and a cheerleader for anyone who wants to learn how to feed themselves well. Chef Eliza's restaurant and food training brought her from New York City, to Chicago, to San Francisco, and now Oceanside, working for The Rachael Ray Show, Saveur Magazine, countless restaurants, catering companies, and food media groups. Her greatest joy is teaching the love language of good food
