A wonderful alternative to traditional exercise, this class is designed to teach seniors classic Broadway tap technique, terminology and rhythm as they move in style from head to toe. Includes warmups, combinations, center floor work and routines. Music is familiar to students, and its tempo is altered (slowed) to facilitate learning. Tap dance helps you develop both mental and physical confidence. Get a great workout, improve memory, and make music with your feet—all at the same time!
