Course Description

Teens and young adults will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills. Students will build on skills
in each lesson, and the ever-changing menus will offer a wide variety of culinary delights. Gain hands-on knife skills, learn how to shop on a budget, and create inexpensive (and heat-free) meals that can be created in a dorm with minimal equipment and ingredients. 

Mantra: Cooking is just removing water and adding salt.
