Course Description

 

Learn to make handcrafted pizzas from scratch, mastering the art of dough preparation, sauce making, and creative toppings. We will make four different pizzas such as margherita with fresh burrata, prosciutto and arugula, fig and goat cheese, caramelized onion and gorgonzola, smoked salmon and dill, spicy sausage and ricotta, or pear and gorgonzola.

Supplies: A $20 materials fee will be collected in class. A supplies list may be sent by the instructor prior to the start of class.
