Corks and Cuisine is the first collaboration between Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta and Chopped Champion Chef Eliza Martin. Discover the art of masterful food and wine pairing with our three premier courses that will transport you to different corners of the world.

Join Chef Eliza Martin, Chopped Champion 2020, and Italian Wine Professional and Certified Sommelier Dane Kuta for the Tastes of Tuscany. Our adventure into the culinary delights of Tuscany will begin with a fantastic Italian ‘Welcome Wine.’ We’ll immediately jump into preparing fettunta (Italian-style garlic bread with olive oil) with pecorino (sheep’s milk) cheese. Next, while tasting an esteemed Chianti Classico wine, we’ll hear the story of the black rooster, a legendary tale dating to the Italian Renaissance. Appetites will surely be satisfied as we create amazing handmade pappardelle pasta with pork ragu, accompanied by a bold Tuscan red wine. The evening will end as we create a classic Italian dessert perfectly matched with an acclaimed Italian sweet wine. You won’t want to miss this outstanding night of the Tastes of Tuscany.
