Mindfulness is available to everyone. In this class, we will learn how to practice being mindful everyday. This Mindful and Happy™ course will introduce you to mindfulness and the body, the breath, emotions, compassion and communication. Living mindfully can reduce stress, invite more focus on the present moment, and bring joy and happiness. The course will offer tools, exercises, and discussions which will help you cultivate a more mindful life.
