  • Motors and their starting components
  • Refrigeration and Comfort cooling
  • Types of Metering devices
  • Types of defrost controls
  • Controls and accessories
  • Sequence of operations for coolers, freezers and prep-tables
  • Troubleshooting
  • EPA preparation and testing
  • Discuss, Diagnose troubleshoot and Repair comfort cooling, heating, freezers, coolers, Ice machines and heat pump systems.
  • Brazing, soldering and flaring for HVAC-R applications
